Finding Peace and Connection in Nature: A Forest Bathing Experience at Minsteracres

On a beautiful autumn morning, we welcomed Laura Waugh of Oak & Air to Minsteracres to guide a peaceful Forest Bathing session in our old Shrubbery. Guests were invited to slow down, connect with the natural world through their senses, and find a sense of inner calm amongst the turning leaves. It was a wonderful reminder of the healing power of nature right here on our estate.
