On a beautiful autumn morning, we welcomed Laura Waugh of Oak & Air to Minsteracres to guide a peaceful Forest Bathing session in our old Shrubbery. Guests were invited to slow down, connect with the natural world through their senses, and find a sense of inner calm amongst the turning leaves. It was a wonderful reminder of the healing power of nature right here on our estate.

The sound of laughter filled our Peace Garden as we welcomed families seeking sanctuary from Afghanistan, South America, and Africa. We spent a wonderful day sharing creative activities, circus skills, and moments of pure joy.
