Minsteracres featured in The Telegraph

We’re delighted to share that Minsteracres features in today’s edition of The Telegraph, in a piece by journalist William Cash.

William joined us for a Lenten retreat and writes warmly about his experience — the history of the house, the peace of the grounds, and the particular atmosphere of a Passionist retreat during Holy Week. He describes Minsteracres as a place of “hospitality for the broken” — a phrase that captures something of what we try to offer here.

The article explores the wider resurgence of interest in Catholic retreats, and why more people are finding that a few days of silence, prayer, and simple living offers something that other kinds of wellness break can’t quite reach.
