Journeying with the Eyes of the Heart Day Retreat. Over many years a secret has gradually been revealed to me that God can be found in various circumstances and situations in life. Sometimes God is found in darkness and suffering but also through beauty and creativity and when we discover joy, in the silence of our hearts. On this retreat, we will explore God’s revelation of beauty, through the mediums of photography, creative writing, Scripture and prayer.

Meet Your Host:

Celine Alexander-Brown has a licentiateship from the Royal Photographic Society. She has been a Secondary School teacher of Religious Education, author, writer and retreat giver, especially with children and young people. She is involved with the charity Interplastuk. Celine is also a widow, a mother and nana.
